These are the terms on which kanbanwall provides kanbanwall.ai. Using the service means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
kanbanwall is a board for planning and tracking work: cards on a wall, limits on how much may be in progress, and the numbers that come out of both. It is offered as it stands, and it changes as we improve it.
You need an account for a board of your own, and you are responsible for what happens under it: keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at subscriptions@kanbanwall.ai if you think somebody else has it. A visitor's playground board needs no account and may be removed at any time — it is a demonstration, not a place to keep work.
Everything you put on a board — cards, text, images, the history of it — remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store it, to show it to the people you share the board with, and to back it up. We claim no other right to it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not show it to anyone you have not shared it with.
If you connect another tool, you are telling us to act on your behalf within the access you approved there. You are responsible for having the right to connect that account, and you can withdraw it at any time — from Connectors on any board, or from the tool itself.
Do not use the service to:
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will say why when we do.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that it will never lose data, or that it fits a particular purpose of yours. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for lost data beyond what we hold. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time, by writing to subscriptions@kanbanwall.ai. We may end an account that breaks these terms, or withdraw the service entirely with reasonable notice and a way to take your data out.
We may change these terms as the service changes. When a change matters, we will say so on the service before it takes effect, and the date at the top will move. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and its courts are where any dispute is settled — without taking away any protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
